An interactive exploration of the neuroscience of learning, examining how neuroplasticity, stress, sleep, exercise, and attention shape memory, learning, and academic performance. Students also learned evidence-based cognitive strategies to improve focus, retention, and effective study habits.
Mental health deeply affects attention, focus, and memory retention, making it harder for students to learn and remember information.


Strong mental well-being fosters healthy peer relationships, enhancing collaborative learning and academic success.
